At this point, many programs will take you thru series of “before and after” images of people who have tried the method and swear by it but I want to do something different here.
I want to prove that even an average gal or guy can do this.
And I will do this by telling you how I was able to stay on top of the method — lose weight and keep it out.
I am a reasonable person, some would say a person of habit. So when I do something I prefer to have easy to follow instructions and then a plan telling me what to do when. I also don’t like to go to the gym, mostly because I don’t like paying for that.
So I designed the method to work for me — be easy to follow, help me stay on top of my diet, guide me thru what I should eat and when, limit my cravings, change the way I think about food, avoid the gym, and still make me feel happy and not miserable because I’m limiting myself.
How you’d ask? I’m explaining all that in the method but to give you a sneak peek — the way I limited my cravings, for example, is I started to plan my meals before hand, then buy the products in bulk and prepare enough food to last me a couple days. That’s it. By doing this, I simply don’t fight cravings when I don’t have to think about my food because cravings don’t exist. The food is prepared, ready to be eaten, and I just need to keep myself busy with other stuff until it’s time for lunch or dinner. That way I eat right, and have even more time on my hands to devote to other areas of my life, including work and sleep.
