Hi, my name is Toni and this is the story of how I came about losing 4 stone (56 lbs or 25kg if you are not familiar with the UK weights metric system) in 3 months.
And how you will do the same.
Before I begin, let me just ask you one thing – if you are going to give this method a try and if it helps you lose weight, then please let me know how you did. It gives me great joy when I hear the stories of others who I have helped on their quest to lose weight! I never get tired of receiving emails that say “at last something that actually is effective and works!”
But let me get to the point and tell you how I come to the discovery of this amazing and brilliant way to lose weight.
This is the story of my journey and how it all began.
I was a child of normal weight. Not skinny but I’ve never been called “fat” in school for example. I guess it was at some point in college when I started gradually gaining weight which got me to the point of being in my late 20s and some 20 stone. Not good!
A few years ago I happened to have a case of the flu and could not eat anything for days. Which my doctor did not like one bit because if you are sick, you do need to eat well, well at least try eating at the least.
I didn’t have much of an appetite, probably mostly due to the illness but because I HAD TO EAT SOMETHING I devised a certain menu that gave me the nutrients I need, wasn’t unpleasant to eat, left me feeling full and not hungry, and most of all — was healthy! Even according to my doctor!!
So days and weeks past by and I kept sticking to my little diet, mostly because it was pleasant, easy to prepare and it looked like it worked fighting the flu off.
But I also noticed something else.
I was loosing weight.
Initially I did not even notice it. It’s funny and maybe somewhat of a cliché but the way I found out was that one day my trousers felt a bit wider than usual. Although then I really thought that being ill is what made me lost weight.
But I was getting better and better from the flu and at the same time I was also getting slimmer and slimmer, and this is when it hit me — it must be what I’m eating. I’ve never liked exercising and definitely wasn’t exercising at that time. So it was surely nothing else but the diet.
So I continued wit the diet even after a was no longer fighting off the flu. As I said, it was an easy diet to stick to.
And to my surprise the weght just started pouring off!
I was amazed at what was happening, I couldn’t believe it. The experimental diet I devised for myself was actually making me lose weight — fast.
I felt great!
Apparently I also looked great too! I was constantly getting compliments from people, some that I didn’t even know but had seen me about. Needless to say this gave me great happiness and confidence boost.
I had to explain so many times how I had lost so much weight so fast that I had another ‘a-ha’ moment. That I can help other people who want lose weight and slim down. After all, if I was able to do it then anyone else could do it too.
And this is how the Quick-Thin method came into being.
Quick-Thin is an easy to follow system based on a pleasant, easy to prepare, healthy diet that makes you lose weight quickly and effectively and keep it off.
Physical exercise will help in the process but it is not necessary nor a requirement for this diet to work.
